Throughout the 2024-25 academic year, six dedicated students from Roger Williams University’s Public Relations program have been working on a case study campaign for PRSA’s Bateman Competition. This year, our client is EveryLibrary, a nonprofit organization that advocates for public library funding and supports efforts to preserve access to books, including those frequently challenged or banned.

Relations Lab Is Hub for Experiential Learning
Unveiled on Sept. 25, the new space offers students resources to work with clients, collaborate on interdisciplinary projects, and strengthen professional skills. Located on the first floor of Global Heritage Hall, a new Public Relations lab is hard not to spot – literally. Peek through the glass door and you are greeted by whimsical blue dotted wallpaper. Step inside and you’ll see a seating area for students to conduct meetings, monitors to work on projects, and shelves displaying past PR projects to serve as inspiration.
